ASAP Looking for a steady evening job where you can stay busy and be part of a hardworking team? We're hiring Production Line Workers in Bath! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a food manufacturing company and build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do As a Line Worker, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with production tasks, including cleaning production equipment Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management. Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures. Moving and lifting products, sometimes up to 50 pounds. Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 35–38°F and up to
-20°F. Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime if required. Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures. A team-oriented attitude and reliability. Must wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, lab coat, gloves, and close-toed non-slip shoes.
