General Dynamics – Bath Iron Works seeks a Front-Line Supervisor, Outside Machinist to lead on all shifts and supervise the Outside Machinist team. You will coordinate with pipe, machinery, electrical, and vent trades to ensure safe ship operations during sea trials, reporting to the Trade Superintendent.
You will drive safety-first operations, mentor mechanics, and oversee plan execution, quality, and productivity within BIW's BOS framework, ensuring milestones are met with accountability.
