- Providing direct patient care and supporting staff with complex needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to utilize technology for patient care.
