Oliver Place in Bath Maine is just one of the many programs NFI North operates that helps participants with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. We pride ourselves on being able to utilize the talents of our staff team to create positive and healthy relationships with our youth.

The ideal candidate is not only able to create and build a positive, healthy relationship with our participants but one who can motivate our youth by helping them recognize their true potential and strive for it. You must have good professional boundaries and have an active personality to engage in various sports, activities and life skills as a role model, mentor and coach.

Candidates should be creative, energetic, positive, independent workers who enjoy working as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field
• Prior experience working with adolescents (preferred)
• Good professional boundaries
• Active personality and ability to engage in sports, activities, and life skills
