At Wildflower Whitburn Day Nursery & Preschool
, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Practitioners to join our friendly team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of age groups, supporting wherever needed. While we'd ideally love someone available for full-time hours, we're also happy to hear from part-time applicants.

Our welcoming nursery is a place where children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity and exploration, supported by a passionate team who love what they do.

Whether you're Level 2 or Level 3 qualified
, or you have valuable childcare experience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting children across all age groups, creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Assisting with inspiring activities that encourage learning through play.
  • Helping to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.
  • Working flexibly to support the needs of the nursery.
What we're looking for
  • A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
  • Experience working with young children (qualification preferred but experience will also be considered where appropriate).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible and reliable attitude.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding early years education and care.
