This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑centric professional who enjoys building relationships, driving adoption, and making a measurable impact on client success.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring smooth implementation and successful activation of services.
  • Configure software solutions based on each customer’s operational requirements, optimizing setups for workflows, floor plans, and guest management needs.
  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions that help restaurant teams confidently adopt new tools and maximize platform value.
  • Utilize AI‑powered tools and automation to streamline onboarding activities, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Coordinate technical integrations, including online booking tools and third‑party connectivity requirements.
  • Maintain ownership of a dynamic onboarding pipeline, balancing speed, quality, and customer satisfaction to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Billing, and other internal teams to proactively resolve onboarding challenges.
  • Identify trends, share customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding processes, training materials, and implementation strategies.
Requirements
  • 4‑5 years of professional experience in customer success, implementation, onboarding, hospitality management, or a related client‑facing role.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or modern productivity technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Proven ability to train and support non‑technical users on software platforms, systems, or technical products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills, with confidence delivering virtual training sessions.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration and CRM tools such as Zoom, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, SaaS implementations, POS systems, or web‑based integrations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent certification, or relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Benefits

  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Generous paid vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, floating holidays, and birthday time off.
  • Annual company‑wide recharge week.
  • Company‑sponsored mental health support, including therapy sessions and wellness resources.
  • Professional development funding and access to extensive learning and leadership development programs.
  • Employee resource groups and inclusive workplace initiatives.
  • Travel‑related discounts and additional employee perks.
