As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will actively engage with guests to create memorable experiences and lead your team by example. Your responsibilities will include training new staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining an efficient front office operation. This position is critical to delivering a seamless guest service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out experiences
• Provide training and support to new front desk staff
• Lead the team in anticipating guest needs
• Follow hotel safety and security policies
• Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities when needed
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years in hotel front desk or customer service
• High school diploma; related coursework beneficial
• Excellent English communication skills
• Cash handling and software knowledge required
• Ability to lift and manage weight as required
