Step into a pivotal HR role at Supply Ontario as a Senior Lead in Total Rewards and HCMS. This position, offering a hybrid work model, focuses on implementing effective strategies that bolster employee satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to design and manage compensation structures that meet both market standards and internal equity. Your background in HR analytics will empower your contributions to the Human Capital Management System, facilitating data-driven approaches in workforce planning and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain salary structures aligned with market surveys

• Lead job evaluation and internal equity processes

• Manage compliance of compensation programs with legislation

• Provide functional guidance on pension and benefits strategies

• Develop metrics to optimize HR programs

Requirements:

• 6+ years in compensation and HCMS administration

• 2+ years of HR project management experience

• Knowledge of Ontario HR legislation and best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
