Connective is seeking a senior HR professional who will spearhead the Employee Relations & Compliance function, ensuring adherence to collective agreements and navigating the complexities of multi-jurisdictional legislation. This role allows you to utilize your extensive experience in grievance management and policy development during a significant organizational transformation. You'll work collaboratively with HR and legal teams to enhance compliance and operational readiness as Connective expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in collective agreement interpretation and administration

• Manage all aspects of grievance processes

• Advise on investigations of misconduct and employee matters

• Keep informed on BC and planned jurisdictional laws

• Maintain and develop HR policies for compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum ten years in employee and labour relations

• Proven skills in grievance management

• Knowledge of BC labour legislation essential

• CPHR designation required

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Law
