This full-time role is designed for dynamic individuals who are either current seminary students or graduates with relevant degrees like MACE or M.Div. Effective communication in English is pivotal as you interact with and mentor youth in their spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate youth activities

• Mentor adolescents in their faith journey

• Create engaging programs that connect youth

• Plan community service and outreach events

• Collaborate with church leadership on initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong passion for mentoring youth

• Enrolled or graduated from an accredited seminary

• Fluent in English for clear communication
