Responsibilities- Build new client relationships in a territory that will not be handed to you
- Lead client conversations as a trusted advisor, listening first and guiding toward long-term outcomes
- Build credibility with internal teams so technical colleagues want to support your opportunities
- Sit down with delivery experts to shape solutions that clients can actually put to use
- Work with vendors while keeping client needs at the center of the conversation
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client briefings with a professional, approachable presence
- Turn ideas into concrete actions, following through until opportunities reach delivery
- Proven IT industry sales background, able to hold credible client conversations without over-relying on technical staff
- Ability to build and grow a pipeline without an inherited account base, demonstrated through past performance or work samples
- Demonstrated track record of follow-through, turning strategy into executed steps that result in closed business
- Consultative approach that earns client trust and internal support, guiding decisions toward long-term success
- Experience presenting at industry conferences or client briefings, showing you can represent a brand in front of senior audiences
- Background in consultative industries such as SaaS or telecom, where translating complexity into client outcomes was core to the role
- Familiarity with major vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware, enabling smoother conversations and faster credibility with clients
- Comfort managing vendor priorities alongside client needs, steadying the process when short-term promotions compete with long-term goals
Base pay range: CA $85,000.00/yr - CA$/yr
