You’ll act as the first point of contact for clients, engaging them via phone to schedule appointments and promote our eco-friendly roofing services. Your communication prowess will directly influence the success of our outside sales team and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls to arrange roofing service meetings

• Conduct daily outreach to clients in our database

• Advocate for environmentally friendly roofing solutions

• Set up qualified appointments for your sales colleagues

• Collaborate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Strong phone communication skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver's license for transportation

• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including occasional Saturdays
