This is a commission‑based role; high‑performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.

Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

• Connecting with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
• Learning about customer needs and matching them with the right Honda vehicle
• Presenting vehicle features, benefits, and test drives with confidence
• Following up with prospects and building long‑term customer relationships
• Working with finance and management teams to finalize deals
• Staying informed on new Honda models, technology, and promotions
• Contributing to a positive and high‑energy sales team environment

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A driven, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Professional presentation and a customer‑first approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
• A team player who thrives in a performance‑driven environment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
