Fixed Term Opportunity:
Red Seal Technician (1–2 Year Term)

Are you a certified Red Seal Heavy Equipment or Truck and Trailer Technician looking for a stable, well‑paid Red Seal role with a explicit end goal and a financial reward for seeing it through? We’re offering 12–24-month term opportunities for skilled Red Seal tradespeople who want to set their own schedule, earn above market pay, and a retention bonus paid upon successful completion of the term.

• Fixed‑term Opportunities of Twelve (12) or Twenty‑Four (24) months with full‑time hours (Minimum 32 hours per Week)
• Above market hourly wage, based on experience and trade certification(s). May be eligible for an additional bonus dollars if certified in Cummins and or Paccar.
• Retention bonus paid at the end of the fixed employment term (Up to $ ) upon successful completion of each twelve (12) month period
• Work life balance by setting schedule that works best for you
• Potential for term renewal or permanent employment (based on business needs)

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in accordance with Red Seal standards
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Diagnose issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete accurate documentation and service reports
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled trades team

• Valid Red Seal Certification will be given preference
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hands‑on experience will be considered for those who do not have Red Seal Certification
• Robust problem‑solving and technical skills
• Commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to commit to the full employment term

• May want to re‑enter the workforce short term
• Want earning stability without a permanent commitment
• Value a financial incentive for term completion
• Want to work a reduced or set schedule
• Are open to travel or relocation for a defined period
