Key Responsibilities Manage vendor setup and maintenance, including invoice processing and inquiry resolution Monitor accounts payable inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close activities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable or general ledger functions
Experience with transaction processing, reconciliations, and month-end close support Familiarity with tax compliance filings (use tax, property tax, 1099 reporting) Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/ERP platforms
