Key Responsibilities- Lead complex accounting activities and support financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical accounting expertise, mentor junior accountants, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support management through financial analysis, reporting, and participation in strategic accounting and operational initiatives.
- Accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Successful management of complex reconciliations and specialized accounting activities.
- Effective implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Reliable financial analysis and reporting support for management decision‑making.
- Timely and accurate audit support and compliance documentation.
- Improved accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Technical guidance and mentoring support for accounting staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline required.
- 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- CPA license preferred or equivalent certification.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Works under minimal supervision.
- Advanced financial reporting and accounting analysis.
