• Review & prepare diversified, often complex individual and business tax returns.
• Research federal and state tax issues; translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
• Assist managers/partners on higher‑complexity engagements and selective review of individual and business returns.
• Support planning & projections for clients; contribute to tax strategies throughout the year.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliverables.
• Elevate quality & efficiency by identifying process improvements and sharing best practices.

• Senior‑level public accounting tax experience with complex individual and business returns.
• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or related field preferred; Master’s a plus).
• Proficiency with tax software—
  Pro System fx experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment; ability to craft solutions that fit each client.
• Clear, responsive communication and a service mindset—clients trust you to be reliable.
• Intellectual curiosity—you enjoy tax research and continuous improvement.

• CPA or progress toward licensure.
• Familiarity with modern tax research tools and workpaper systems.
• Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team development.
