Transportation Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temp Assignment - Approximately 3 - 4 months
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to support freight billing and payment operations. This role focuses heavily on invoice processing, charge verification, and freight settlement posting.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and review freight invoices via email
- Verify billing charges within internal systems
- Create and post freight settlements in SAP
- Contest incorrect freight charges with carriers/vendors
- Process additional billing through Concur Invoice as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Dress Code: Business Casual
Requirements- HSD
- High attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP and Concur Invoice Required
- Clear Drug Screen and Background required
