Overview
The Division of Administration/Office of State Uniform Payroll has vacancies in the Benefits and Financial Administration (BFA), Garnishment Administration (GA), and Wage and Tax Administration (WTA) units.
Responsibilities- BFA unit: processes employee, vendor, and travel payments; manages voluntary deduction vendors; completes bank reconciliations and financial statements; manages actions related to Affordable Care Act reporting and the State Combined Charitable Campaign.
- GA unit: garnishment processing for employees paid through LaGov HCM, including child support, medical support, and federal and state tax levies.
