Snelling Staffing is looking for a Bookkeeper for a local CPA firm in the Baton Rouge area. Our client is looking for a dependable bookkeeper with experience in general accounting duties and tax preparation. This is a full-time career position paying in the range of $20-$22 per hour with an extensive benefits package.
Bookkeeper Duties- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconciliation of all accounting including balance sheets and income statement accounts
- Payroll and Benefits administration
- Tax preparation
- Preparing invoices and paying vendors
- MUST HAVE 3 years of accounting experience!!!
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Quick Books…
