LSU Foundation seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and credit card expense reports with proper coding and documentation, and to support other accounting tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include approving payments, processing checks and EFTs, coding in Financial Edge and Concur, and coordinating with beneficiary departments to resolve issues. Strong detail orientation and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
