Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to ensure smooth departmental operations. Oversee administrative staff and billing functions while performing duties aligned with the age population served.

• Provide support to physicians and staff by managing mail, materials, records, filing systems, and office supplies.
• Oversee clerical operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of responsibilities and special projects.
• Manage timekeeping functions accurately within Kronos, correcting errors and adhering to data entry timelines.
• Produce complex documents using PC software, including correspondence, manuals, charts, tables, graphs, and meeting minutes.
• Provide administrative supervision to maintain departmental priorities, goals, cost‑saving initiatives, and staffing needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
