Flexible hours 15-30 Hours per week/ $15-$20 hourly rate
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls, emails, and other communications regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about insurance products, policies, and services.
- Access and update customer accounts and policy information accurately.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through a professional and empathetic approach.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and industry regulations.
- Creating and managing social media content;
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent;
- Sales or insurance office experience preferred;
- Proficiency in using computers, (especially Google Workspace);
- Experience in creating and managing social media content;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
- Time management and organizational skills.
