Senior Executive Assistant To The CEO
The Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO's office. This role goes beyond standard administrative support, providing executive-level coordination, managing sensitive communications, and supporting high-level initiatives with discretion and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar with a deep understanding of strategic business priorities.
- Prepare and manage executive communications, board materials, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate and execute high-level meetings, leadership offsites, and key internal/external engagements.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO, ensuring timely and effective communication across stakeholders.
- May be asked to support personal tasks such as coordinating personal travel or calendar items, as needed.
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives with minimal direction.
- Serve as a point of continuity when the CEO is unavailable and represent the CEO when appropriate.
- May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. Will consider experience in lieu of education
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage up and across the organization.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive support tools.
- Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources
