About This PositionThis position is located in the DOTD Right of Way Section, working under the supervision of a Right of Way Manager. While in official capacity, DOTD employees must comply with applicable Louisiana and Civil Service laws, rules, and regulations, as well as DOTD policies, procedures, manuals, and directives.
This position is domiciled at DOTD Headquarters located at 1201 Capitol Access Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

Minimum QualificationsThree years of experience in administrative services.
Experience SubstitutionEvery 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties- Primary Timekeeper for Section 23
- Loss Prevention/Safety Liaison
- Coordinates with Regional Offices and Sections within DOTD to assist in the overall objectives of the Section
- Other duties may be required including but not limited to emergency/disaster support activities
Appointment Type: This position may be filled by probation, promotion or detail to special duty.
Compensation: The starting hourly rate for an Administrative Coordinator 4 is $15.76
