The Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) is driven by a powerful mission: protecting our communities while helping youth build safer, more successful futures. We are excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 4 to support our business operations with a focus on property control and asset management.

In this key role, you will help keep our office running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating procurement and property transfers, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Your work strengthens the integrity of our operations and supports a mission that truly matters.

We're looking for a dependable professional with strong organizational skills, experience with state systems, and a commitment to excellence in a mission-driven environment.

An ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

Minimum qualifications include three years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution is available: every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job duties include providing administrative support to the Probation and Parole District Manager, performing routine clerical tasks, assisting with onboarding and separations, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and attending required agency training.
