The Position
:
We are looking for an Office Assistant II to join our growing team!
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Min imum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
- Prioritization skill
Overview:
The Office Assistant II, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.
Essential Functions:
- Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls
- Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources
- Coordinates tasks for completion by technicians and warehouse staff
- Manages office needs such as office supplies, repairs and services, mail, and payments
- Manages inventory levels of medical equipment
- Other tasks as assigned
