The Louisiana Department of State is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 3 or 4 to join our team and play a critical role in supporting agency operations by assisting with property control inventory
, fleet management tracking
, and our safety and risk management programs.

Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:- Responsible for the implementation of procedures of the Fleet Management.
- Oversee the Fuel Trac program.
- Issue pool vehicles and rentals.
- Reporting pertaining to GPS and fuel charges.
- Conduct audits.
