Role DescriptionVelo Advisers and Bridge Benefits are seeking a Benefits Enrollment Coordinator to support client onboarding, benefits enrollment, and post-sale coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data, clear communication, and a smooth client experience from onboarding through enrollment completion.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baton Rouge, LA
, with in-office collaboration every other week and as needed
, and flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time.
- Coordinate client onboarding following contract execution
- Support benefits enrollment workflows and timelines
- Collect, review, and organize census data and required documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and enrollment
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows using project management tools
- Track enrollment status, deadlines, and completion milestones
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, client onboarding, or client service role
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a structured, process-driven environment
- Experience with CRM or workflow tools is a plus
Experience in benefits enrollment, HR, payroll, healthcare administration, or client onboarding environments is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience
