Real Estate-Site Engineer; Civil

One Crest Infra is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure project quality, and manage site operations efficiently. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely completion of civil works according to design specifications and safety standards.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Check material quality and quantities used at the site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and reports.
• Ensure timely completion of work within budget and schedule.
• Assist in quantity surveying and billing verification.

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
