Primoris Heavy Civil in Louisiana seeks a Construction Cost Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for DOTD and public works projects, focusing on heavy civil, roadways, bridges, and utilities. You will read plans, analyze costs, develop unit pricing, and coordinate bids with PMs and field teams.
Experience with DOTD specs and bid processes is required; proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, and AGTEK is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
