Job Description
Cornerstone Flooring is looking for a detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to support our Sales and Preconstruction teams. You'll help keep bids, submittals, project documents, and materials organized so projects get off to a strong start.
What You'll Do- Organize project files and documentation
- Prepare, track, and ship submittals
- Track bid schedules and proposal deadlines
- Assist with bid preparation and material takeoffs
- Coordinate preconstruction meetings and project kickoffs
- Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations
- Help improve preconstruction processes and workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, or sales support is a plus
- No regular travel
- Hands‑on training and career growth
- Collaborative team environment
