Primoris Heavy Civil in Baton Rouge seeks a Construction Cost Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimates for DOTD and public works projects, including roads and bridges.
You will perform quantity takeoffs, analyze costs, and prepare bid packages. A 5–10+ year background in heavy civil estimating with DOTD familiarity is required, along with software proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, and AGTEK.
