Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical to join our team in support of the Data Center Construction team. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include managing and collaborating with project stakeholders, effective communication across the internal team, analyzing and managing critical milestone activities, verifying project governance, ensuring application of best practices, producing formal project status reports, monitoring construction project progress, managing supplier interfaces, forecasting project milestones, providing technical support, and more.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
• AND/OR Background working in vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.
• AND/OR Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers.
• Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E's, equipment submittals and RFIs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction project management tools
