Ledcor Technical Services in Baton Rouge (LA) is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily field operations on telecommunications construction projects across North America. You will ensure on-schedule delivery, maintain safety and quality standards, and manage field staff, contractors, and tradespeople.
The role requires 1–5 years in a supervisory construction role; knowledge of underground fiber installation (plow/HDD) is a plus; a two-year college or technical diploma is preferred.
