We’re hiring a Work Site Stabilization Technician
- Foreman at our Corporate Headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
The Work Site Stabilization Technician
- Foreman position involves leading and supervising field crews in site preparation, grading, and construction activities. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, interpreting civil and grading plans, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and operating heavy equipment.
- Lead and supervise field crews performing construction preparation, site preparation, grading, and related field operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to quality expectations
- Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
- Read, interpret, and execute work based on civil construction plans, grading plans, and project specifications
- Coordinate daily activities between internal crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to field personnel while maintaining accountability for productivity and safety
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment, including dozers and grading equipment, as needed to support project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers, leadership, vendors, and customers regarding project status, timelines, and resource needs
- Track manpower, equipment utilization, project milestones, and daily progress to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure all work is completed according to Equipment Share's operational and quality standards
- Travel extensively to project sites throughout the country
