Associate Graphic Designer

Spread your creative wings and join the Blink Jar Media team. We are looking for a full-time graphic designer. As our main designer, you will work with our inbound marketing consultants on all projects, including new and revised web designs and the design of social media ads, infographics, eBooks, whitepapers, print ads, logos, print and digital brochures, billboards, call-to-action web buttons, and more.

You'll practice the skills you already have while also developing new ones along the way.

• B A/BS degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns and projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect graphics that meet specified requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs.

• Total compensation potential of $40,000 to $60,000 with salary, commission and bonus
