Responsibilities- Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headset
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a day
- Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
- Assist customers in setting up appts from the showroom floor.
- Follow our customer engagement strategy
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
- Previous experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommended
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to different personality types.
- Familiarity with CRM technology
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or GED required
