• Base pay + unlimited commission potential

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING!

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Recommend and sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
• Prepare all move‑related paperwork and documents
• Follow‑up with customers post‑move to ensure satisfaction
• Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
• All other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales‑driven experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen
