Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

JM Test Systems is hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist. Ifyou enjoy helping people and being the friendly face everyone remembers, thisrole is for you.

As the first point of contact for our company, you’ll play akey role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supportingdaily office and customer service operations. You’ll interact with customers,vendors, and internal teams to ensure every interaction reflectsprofessionalism, responsiveness, and care.

• Greetand assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a professional and friendly approach
• Answer,screen, and route incoming calls while providing helpful, accurate information
• Supportcustomer inquiries and ensure a positive, responsive experience
• Managemail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintaina clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing, scheduling)
• Assistthe Customer Service team during high-volume periods (order entry,follow-ups, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
