Our agency opened in April 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong relationships. The owner participated in the Agent Aspirant program to build a foundation for leading and developing a successful team. We are an LSU graduate, local to Southern Louisiana, with a family of three. We stay involved through local schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and community events.

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of community members you support.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
