Shift Information:

32-40 hours Per week, Rotating schedule that includes one Saturday every other week, A weekday off will be provided following the Saturday worked, Overtime may be required during peak business periods

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Indexing Specialist to support document and transaction processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and indexing data while ensuring completeness and quality of information. The position requires strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Alpha-numeric typing speed of at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in multiple programs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to sit for extended periods

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $12.75 per hour which may be below your state's minimum wage.
