Massage Envy Citiplace is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Associate who thrives on creating meaningful connections, growing client relationships, and promoting overall wellness.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming clients, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience.
• Drive sales by promoting memberships, services, and retail products that support total body care.
• Build relationships with guests and members to encourage repeat visits and retention.
• Support outreach and marketing efforts — social media experience is a big plus!
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and processing transactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects the Massage Envy commitment to care.

• Customer service professionals who love helping people and go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
