PGW Auto Glass, LLC is seeking a part-time customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound communications, scheduling, billing, and service resolutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will troubleshoot, process orders, returns, and invoicing, and coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and suppliers while maintaining accurate CRM records. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; HS diploma required. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $19.00/hr.
