We are looking for a pediatric-focused associate who is passionate about treating children, enjoys restorative dentistry, and thrives in a challenging but rewarding clinical environment

• 34% of net production

• $1,200/day guarantee for first 90 days

• Expected earnings: $200,000–$400,000+, depending on provider experience

• Continuing Education (CE): Available to support professional growth

• Insurance: Group health with employer contribution toward employee coverage

• 401(k): 50% match, up to $1,200/year, eligible after 1 year

• Signing Bonus (Optional): Up to $20,000 for a 2-year commitment (terms apply)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 am – 3:45 pm | Option for 4-day weeks or occasional early start and end for OCS days

• Procedures: Composite fillings, composite crowns, prefabricated crowns, extractions, pulpotomy/pulpectomy, oral conscious sedation (OCS)

• New Grads: Conditional – pediatric experience and comfort with high-need patients strongly preferred

• Technology: Digital radiographs (sensors/2D pan), Dentrix Enterprise EMR, quality lab equipment and consumables

• Pediatric-focused dentist with experience in oral conscious sedation and hospital case management

• Strong restorative skills; comfortable with challenging patient demographics

• Empathetic and mission-driven
