Responsibilities include:
- Conceptual sketching of new residential designs
- Production of schematic and detailed working drawings
- Development of Construction Documents
- Production of presentation materials and/or renderings
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture
- Experience with Sketchup Pro
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite
- Detail Oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes
- Candidate must be able to successfully manage multiple residential projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional time management skills
- Candidate must have great interpersonal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues and clients
- Must excel in conceptual planning skills, strive for high quality and innovative design solutions and show initiative in problem solving
