Schedule:

Primary call 2 months/yr;
Secondary call 2 months/yr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing highly specialized medical patient care, diagnosis, and treatment to the geriatric population of patients.
- You will promote a healthy and active lifestyle and pair patients with resources and treatment plans to attain and maintain well-being and independent living.

Qualifications:

- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with a specialization in geriatrics or comfortably manage a geriatric population
- LA license
- Federal and state DEA Certificates
