Physicians in the group have a 3-6 week wait period for new patients so the new cardiologist will be busy immediately. Call is shared with other physicians in the area and will range from 1:4 - 1:6 for new doctor. Excellent salary plus very generous productivity bonus will put first year earnings in the 500k range!
