Job Description
Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving network of charter schools. Bridge Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a First Grade teacher. Teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success by creating a safe and orderly learning environment for their class and for all students in the school. Teachers are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.
Classroom teachers receive strong support: lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants assist with copying and grading. Teachers have minimal duties and only four days a month.
