As a Contract Special Education Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach with Bailey Education Group, LLC in Louisiana, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include observing and evaluating classroom instruction, providing constructive feedback to teachers, and facilitating professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices. You will collaborate closely with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies that cater to the unique needs of students, and actively participate in team meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
